Art transmitted through the internet. That means that "internet art project" don't exist if there is no internet connection. What kind of art can be labeled as Internet Art?

• Just photos touched with photoshop?
• Tricks with bugs in javascript code?
• Animated gifs or flash movies, which are much more like video art?
